Before I started with lia sophia, I was always putting myself on the bottom of my priority list and constantly stressed out! Now, I have been able to take time for myself, meet AMAZING women who have become wonderful friends, and quit my "full - time" job and focus on lia sophia!! I'm able to walk my boys to school in the morning, pick them up in the afternoon, and go to sporting events in the evening, because I can decide which days I would like to "PARTY"!!!!
