Looking back, it's hard to believe that I spent my life working for a big corporation. My 9-to-5 job was more like 8 to 8, and although I was well-paid, every day I left the office feeling frustrated and unappreciated. I felt lucky to get even the smallest annual raise, and I kept thinking "there has to be something better." My husband and I would dream of a big house with the white picket fence, luxury vehicles, dream vacations and 2.5 children… but we had bills to pay. Someone forgot to mention that those undergrad and graduate loans actually need to be paid back… and even those not-so-luxur...
